Small footprints, more seats

Small footprints, more seats

A 40-seat cafe lives or dies on inches. Our cafe chairs run 17-20 in wide (43-51 cm) and our two-tops start at 24 in (61 cm) square, so you can hold a 36 in (91 cm) accessible route and still add a table. We draw your floor plan with the furniture before you commit.

Built to be wiped forty times a day

Cafe furniture gets cleaned more than it gets sat on. We specify sealed edges on tops, catalyzed or PU lacquer on wood, powder coat on steel, and bleach-cleanable vinyl or tightly woven contract fabrics on seats, so a quick wipe between guests does not shorten its life.

Warm materials, honest construction

Warm materials, honest construction

Molded veneer, solid ash and walnut tones, steel and cane: the materials that make a coffee shop feel like a neighborhood room. Frames are glued and mechanically fixed, seats are replaceable, and every finish is sampled before the run so your brand palette is matched, not guessed.

04How we work
  1. 1

    Share your floor plan

Send a sketch or CAD plan, seat count target and service style (counter order, table service, laptop-friendly). We reply with a furniture schedule and a first seat plan.

  2. 2

    Pick models and finishes

Choose from the range or adapt a design: seat height, width, table size, fabric or vinyl, stain and metal color. We confirm foam and fabric specifications for your market's fire rules.

  3. 3

    Approve shop drawings

Every item gets a dimensioned drawing for your sign-off. A pre-production sample chair or table can be built and shipped to you before the full run on request.

  4. 4

    Production and inspection

Production in our Foshan workshops, typically 30-60 days depending on custom work. We check dimensions, joints and finishes against the drawings and send photos before packing.

  5. 5

    Ship and install

Export cartons, palletized or loose-loaded, shipped FOB, CIF or DDP. Chairs arrive assembled or flat-packed per your choice, with simple instructions for your local installer.

07FAQ
Who is Crema Seat?

Crema Seat is a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture focused on coffee shop and cafe furniture: side chairs, upholstered dining chairs, lounge chairs and small tables. We make everything to order in our own production base in Lecong, Foshan, China, the largest furniture trading hub in the world, and ship factory-direct to coffee shop owners, specialty chains and bakery-cafes.

How many seats fit in my coffee shop?

As a planning rule of thumb, allow about 15-18 sq ft (1.4-1.7 m²) of dining area per seat for a coffee shop with mostly two-tops and some lounge seating. A 600 sq ft (56 m²) seating area therefore holds roughly 33-40 seats. Your legal maximum is set by the occupant load in your local building and fire code, which uses its own factors, so confirm the final count with your architect or fire official.

What seat height should a cafe chair have?

A standard cafe chair has a seat height of about 18 in (46 cm), paired with a table at 29-30 in (74-76 cm), leaving 10-12 in (25-30 cm) between the seat and the tabletop. Counter stools sit at 24-26 in (61-66 cm) for a 36 in (91 cm) counter, and bar stools at 29-31 in (74-79 cm) for a 42 in (107 cm) bar ledge.

Can you change sizes, fabrics and finishes?

Yes. Everything is made to order, so we can adjust table top sizes, chair seat heights for counter versions, seat upholstery (including your own material, COM/COL), wood stains and powder-coat colors. We confirm every change on a dimensioned shop drawing before production, and can build a pre-production sample on request.

What are your lead times?

Typically 30-45 days for standard designs and 45-60 days for custom work, counted from approval of drawings and samples, plus sea transit to your port. The exact schedule depends on quantities and finishes and is confirmed in each quote. For an opening date, work back from your fit-out schedule and allow a margin for customs and delivery.

Do you ship to the US and the UK?

Yes. We ship by sea in export packing and quote FOB (you arrange freight from China), CIF (we ship to your port) or DDP (delivered with duties paid) on request. We do not keep a local warehouse, so furniture is made for your order and shipped direct from Foshan.
