The Sunburst is a round cafe table where the top itself is the feature. Wedges of veneer are book-matched to radiate from the center, giving a pattern that catches the light from a window. Four splayed solid-wood legs keep the look entirely wooden, ideal for warm, natural interiors.
Because the veneer is the feature, the finish matters: we seal it with a PU lacquer and seal the edge band so that daily wiping and the odd spilled espresso do not lift the veneer. Four-leg tables are naturally stable, and each leg has a leveling glide.
Where it works: feature tables by the window, small cafes with all-wood interiors, bakery-cafes.
Sizes: 28 in (71 cm) for two, 32-36 in (81-91 cm) for three to four. Note that four legs need clearance: check leg positions against chair positions on the drawing.
Options: veneer species and tone, leg stain, top diameter.
